Alton’s Second Chance

Alton is the kind of cat who quietly steals your heart.

At 13 years old, this sweet senior has been through more than his fair share—but through it all, he remains gentle, affectionate, and so deserving of a loving home. Recently, Alton needed six teeth extracted, and he handled it like a champ. He’s now on the road to feeling better and getting closer to being available for adoption.

But Alton’s journey doesn’t end there.

He is managing ongoing medical needs, including chronic GI issues and arthritis, which require a carefully balanced treatment plan to keep him comfortable and thriving. Thanks to dedicated care and some recent adjustments, we are already seeing encouraging improvements—but maintaining his progress comes at a cost.

Each month, Alton’s care totals over $200, including:

• Prescription Biome diet to stabilize his digestion

• Probiotics and GI support

• Monthly Solensia injections to manage arthritis pain

That’s more than $2,600 per year to give this sweet boy the quality of life he deserves.
