Adoption Success Story: HERMIONE AND RONALD

When a nice couple decided to add a cat to their family they came to Stray Cat Blues and enjoyed browsing through the pictures and stories. When they decided to meet Tanya Purvis’ foster Hermione, later to be renamed Bella, they both fell in love. 

She was a bit standoffish when they first brought her home, but after a few weeks, she warmed up nicely. After a couple of months the husband who had more experience with cats than his wife suggested they check to see if Bella’s brother Ronald, was still waiting for his forever home. And as luck will have it he was still waiting. With Tanya’s help they met him and brought him home. It was a little overwhelming for him. Bella was more than ready to give him a tour of the house but he would have none of it. But, after a few days, once he had decompressed, he decided to join in the fun. Bella couldn’t be happier and they re-bonded rather quickly. As you can see by the pictures they take care of one another.

Their adopters feel that it was the most joyful decision they made. They know that Bella and Ronald are living their best lives and so are they. They wrote to Tanya: “Thank you Tanya and Stray Cat Blues for all you do to find good homes for our furry four legged friends.”
